Shipment Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 3-5 business days.
  • Shipping typically takes 2-5 business days.
  • Orders are not shipped on holidays.
  • High order volumes may cause delays. Please allow additional transit time. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you via email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Overnight delivery is available only within the continental United States.
  • Occasional delivery delays may occur.

Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses

  • We ship to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

  • You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.
  • The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • Nyarai Skincare is not responsible for customs fees, duties, or taxes applied to international orders.
  • Any fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the customer’s responsibility.

Damages

  • We are not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping.
  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact the carrier to file a claim.
  • Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping

  • We now offer international shipping!
  • Shipping rates and delivery times vary based on the destination and will be calculated at checkout.
  • Please note that customs processing times may affect delivery.
  • Customers are responsible for any additional customs, duties, or taxes incurred.
